2011-12 Family Referral Program

Program Guidelines:

  • $1000 tuition forgiveness will be awarded for every new family that is successfully referred to CPLS through the program guidelines.
  • A new family is defined as one that has never had a child attend CPLS in the past.
  • New students must be enrolled and in good standing as of September 30 to be considered a successful referral.
  • There will be no limit to the number of referrals allowed, up to and including tuition bill.
  • The referring family must initiate the reward by filling out the referral form on the RenWeb website (see instructions below) and a W-9 (available below or in the school office); CPLS will confirm with new family.
  • The reward per referral will be $1,000 no matter the number of children in the new family or their grade levels.
  • In the case that referring family has prepaid their bill, a cash reimbursement will be given.
  • A 1099 will be issued by CPLS for tax purposes for the amount of the reward.
  • All referral reward requests must be submitted by the first day of school in August.
  • Rewards will begin with the October payment and continue until the award is complete.

  • Complete form and click Save
