“The best thing about being a Madrigal is spending time with other students who really love music and love performing together.”
                -Claudia H., Senior

Walk through the CPLS hallways or through the cafeteria and you just might hear a group of students break into song.  It happens often here as our Madrigals have an unbridled passion for music that spills into their everyday activities as students. Madrigals is a select singing group featuring students in grades 9-12 who are dedicated to performing high-quality choral works rooted in the classical tradition.  These students represent CPLS throughout the community as they participate in vocal music competitions, attend workshops, and perform at local events.  Auditions are held in the Spring to determine the Madrigal lineup for the following year.
