The majority of disciplinary problems are to be dealt with at the classroom level. The method of correction will be determined by the teachers and, if necessary, the Headmaster. Discipline will be administered in light of the individual student's problem and attitude and always from a gospel perspective, examining heart attitudes. Generally speaking, grammar school teachers will utilize the techniques they have previously used, namely, things such as but not limited to the use of clips/cards/colors to signify the level of difficulty a student is facing. There reaches a point where the student is sent to the Headmaster's office. If a faculty member is sensing a pattern in a student's behavior, a phone call home will be made to the parents.

In order to ensure consistent biblical discipline at Cair Paravel Latin School, all discipline will be based on biblical principles, for example, restitution, requests for forgiveness (public and private), swift intervention and restoration of fellowship. Repentance, love and forgiveness will be an integral part of the discipline of the student.
